The Insanity Workout is a comprehensive fitness plan. First released in 2009, many people call Insanity the “the hardest workout put on DVD”. It’s the brainchild of legendary personal trainer Shaun T. This 10-DVD set comes with a fitness guide, workout calendar, and full-scale nutrition plan.
Insanity couples plyometric drills with intensive power, resistance, strength, and core training exercises.
