This exercise plan asks you to try Jillian’s workout for a full six weeks. While the videos fail to specify a weekly number of circuits, we suggest working out at least five days a week. Make sure to take a break on your free days, even if you do not feel like it. Exhaustion, and muscle aches, make it difficult to reach your weight loss goals.

CONCLUSION – DOES 6 WEEK SIX-PACK WORK?
If you are willing to work your rear-end off for 30 minutes a day, for six weeks straight, then this DVD is for you. Jillian Michaels will continue to push you to step it up with high-paced cardio and abdominal-toning exercises. But, there’s also no guarantee you’ll end up with washboard abs six weeks into the program. However, if you put in the time and effort required, you will see results.

Jillian’s DVD available in stores has greatly made me lose weight of over 15% within 6 weeks. One thing I loved about this program is that there is no nutritional advice on the DVD, it’s strictly working out. You’re not restricted to take any meal or given any condition on how to eat but it adheres to main workouts for at least 30 minutes and great results do accompany this for just 6 weeks. This tool is one that you won’t find any side effects warning or other procedures to do after every step. It’s simple and most convenient when it comes to time management against results.
