Fitness Apps Review: Von Moger vs. Lose It vs. Sweat

Are you looking for a fitness app to keep track of your workouts? Want a way to track your meals without physically writing them down? Overwhelmed when you visit iTunes or the Google Play Store in search of a diet or meal tracking app? Don’t worry, we’ve narrowed down the search for you. Let’s take a look at three of the most popular fitness apps to determine which one is right for your needs.

Von Moger Muscle Building App

If you want to build serious lean muscle mass, I’d seriously consider downloading the Von Moger fitness app. It includes daily workouts along with muscle-focused nutrition guidance. As of the time this article was published, the Von Moger app had 45 workouts available. This is a subscription-based service so be aware of that. Even with the subscription fee, the Von Moger app is ideal for those just starting out with muscle building.

Lose it! Diet App

Lose It! is an easy-to-use, fun, and interactive diet app that has been giving MyFitnessPal a run for its money in terms of functionality and user dedication. A few simple pieces of information are all that is needed to provide you with a custom calorie and macronutrient daily target. Lose It! also provides plenty of meal suggestions. The app allows you to track your meals, supplements, and exercise. There is a free and premium version to the app and it’s well worth the upgrade as you get meal planners, additional tracking tools, and more support.

This female-focused fitness app is the perfect tool for women who are just beginning their weight loss and muscle defining journey. If you’re a guy, download both the Von Moger and Lose It! apps. Why? Von Moger is going to provide you with excellent muscle building workouts but I prefer the Lose It! app for meal tracking.
